We know that finding and keeping a job can be challenging for young adults with autism. From identifying a suitable career path to fulfilling workplace expectations and understanding social dynamics, there is a lot to navigate in the workplace!
That’s why we created Pathways to Employment, a series of three-week group programs designed to build confidence, develop practical job skills, and uncover individual strengths and interests.
Through hands-on training, guided support, and real-world practice, participants gain the tools they need to take meaningful steps toward successful, fulfilling employment.
